With Adelie penguins in Antarctica

Boulder author and writer James Dziezynski is no stranger to adventure. Starting in the woods and mountains of his native New England, James moved to Boulder, Colorado after attending the National Outdoors Leadership School to pursue a career in outdoors journalism. His writing has appeared in Outside, Backpacker, National Geographic Adventure, Hooked on the Outdoors, Boulder Weekly, Electronic Gaming Monthly, Gaiam Life, Elevation Outdoors and many more publications. James is also the author of Best Summit Hikes in Colorado, a guide to the premier peaks in the Rocky Mountains. Having traveled to the Arctic, Antarctica and plenty of places in between, he has written about his extensive nature adventures from encounters with polar bear in the wild to watching leatherback turtles born on the beaches of Trinidad under a full moon.
